Luxury Gold Coast development fast-tracked to meet demand

The 145-million-dollar luxury Gold Coast development, Anchorage Apartments has officially launched stage six of its waterfront Hope Island apartment project, four months ahead of schedule.

Once complete, the 4-storey building will comprise 20 spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments with the majority of apartments boasting breathtaking views of Gold Coast waterways.

Now in its final stage, Anchorage Apartments was fast-tracked to meet buyer demand following the early sell out of stage five prompting the early release of the project’s final apartments.

Anchorage Apartments’ developer Rick Sheida said the feedback from residents has been so positive with many drawn to the luxurious finishes and well-considered building and interior design.

“Each apartment has been considerately designed with a luxurious lifestyle in mind and incorporating all the best features of modern spacious apartment living, perfect for downsizers,” said Mr Sheida.

“The lifestyle amenities that have become the cornerstone of Anchorage Apartments, have created a really strong sense of community and we’ve found many new buyers have come from referrals of existing residents.”

Anchorage Apartments feature private marina berths on the city’s widest man-made canal with direct access to the Coomera River, Broadwater and beyond via the largest bridge-free passageway.

Anchorage Apartments is the only development on Hope Island to boast an entire hectare of garden and open space on its 1.7ha Sheehan Avenue site that also features a sports gym and a Seychelles-style resort pool.
