Situated at a lofty 961 meters above sea level, the OKR Duplex presents unique challenges and opportunities. To address the altitude’s impact, capillary tubes were installed alongside double glazing, ensuring optimal insulation and energy efficiency regardless of the atmospheric conditions. In a region prone to bushfires, safety is paramount. The OKR Duplex boasts a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) of 40, offering occupants peace of mind amidst the Australian landscape’s dynamic nature.

From the exterior facade to the interior finishes, every aspect of the OKR Duplex exudes sophistication. The striking Monument Satin colour scheme harmonises with the natural surroundings, while the timber finish, treated with Clear Coat Oil and Clear Coat with White Pigment, adds warmth and character.
