Upon entering through the striking double-glass doors, you’re immediately greeted by a space that effortlessly blends modern architecture with timeless charm, drawing your attention to the inviting pool area beyond. The home features a wide selection of Rylock products, carefully positioned to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The heart of this home is where the seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living truly comes to life. Rylock’s Raked Fixed Lite Windows, feature two vertical mullions that were custom designed to align with each of the CS Stacker Door’s panels that are featured below. These open to the alfresco area, flooding the space with an abundance of natural light. The custom Fixed Lite Windows with vertical mullions and horizontal transoms create an architectural visual interest in the Entry Hall and Gallery, creating an inviting atmosphere which is bathed in sunlight.
In the kitchen, the combination of Fixed Lite Windows and Double Hung Windows ensures ventilation and ample natural light, with views stretching out to the alfresco and pool area. The double-hung windows are specified in bedroom 2, the kids’ playroom, and the guest bedroom, providing ventilation and flexibility which maintains the home’s cohesive design.
The master suite takes full advantage of Rylock windows and doors, with a Commercial Series Sliding Door opening to the private outdoor area. Raked Highlight Fixed Lite Windows are thoughtfully placed in both the master ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, adding architectural interest and allowing natural light to flow through without compromising privacy.
