Perth to get First Airport Hotel

Accor and Perth Airport have partnered together to introduce the first hotel on the airport estate under the Pullman Hotels & Resorts brand, set to open in 2027. Pullman Perth Airport will feature 240 rooms and suites across eight floors, a rooftop restaurant and bar, lobby lounge café, gym, sauna, meeting facilities, and co-working spaces.

Perth Airport has recently announced a $5 billion capital investment program – the largest ever private infrastructure development in Perth – which will deliver new terminal, ground transport infrastructure and the first airport hotel. Situated immediately adjacent to the airport’s terminals, the scheme by DKO incorporates holistic architecture and landscape design, drawing inspiration from WA’s natural beauty.

Director of DKO Perth Dennis Chew explained that the approach to the project was “guided by a vision to create a transformative space that exceeds the expectations of global travellers.”

“As we are designing a landmark that will serve as a gateway to Perth, the development needs to reflect the city’s vibrant spirit and its forward-looking ethos,” he said.

Accor Pacific Chief Operating Officer PM&E Division, Adrian Williams, said that expanding the airport hotel network shows how airport areas are becoming key commercial centres.

“Given the hotel’s unrivalled location and exceptional facilities, we anticipate strong interest and demand for Pullman Perth Airport from both business and leisure travellers alike,” he stated.
