10 new colours refresh the magic of DuPont™ Corian®

For more than 40 years, DuPont™ Corian® has done much more than follow the latest trends; it has set them. 2011 is no different.

This year, DuPont™ Corian® is launching 10 new colours, providing designers with an even greater selection of stunning solid surfaces to choose from when sourcing materials and products for their next project.

When developing its new colour range, DuPont™ Corian® drew on the expertise of designers from around the world to create a collection that provides limitless design opportunities and will remain a step ahead in the style stakes for many years to come. Offering form and function in equal measures, the new colours simulate movement when viewed from different angles, allowing designers to create truly unique, inspired and trend-setting spaces.

Crisp white is a classic tone that will never go out of fashion and so, meeting the calls of designers, DuPont™ has developed Designer White, a new white said to be the truest, whitest white in the solid surface market.

Adding to the colour innovation, DuPont™ has also created the Eco-Terrazzo collection — consisting of Palladian Black, Palladian Gray and Palladian Brown — which includes up to 25 per cent of recycled material. For those who desire the organic look of stone, the new Frammenti collection will certainly impress. Characterised by large black particles on a white background, the sophisticated Frammenti range would look right at home in any minimalist space.

Gray is a versatile tone that is being seen more and more throughout the home, so it’s no surprise that DuPont™ Corian® has created Warm Gray, a chic colour that boasts a fine pattern on the surface, but appears solid when seen from a distance.

Adding to the highly successful Organics collection, the new Sorrel and Witch Hazel tones are sophisticated patterns with natural finishes. Venaro White is another addition to the range, taking the total number of Organic finishes to 12.
