Water Control at its Best

Water control at its best, Autoflo was the first company in Australia to develop and produce electronic tapware in 1985. The original design had a unique, internationally patented safety run timer, which has since been adopted by all electronic tap manufacturers, a testament to the innovative nature of the company. In the late 1990s Autoflo was acquired by an electronics manufacturing company in Melbourne.

This acquisition helped the company diversify its product range and cleverly incorporate electronic sensing into new bespoke tapware, setting a lead followed by other sensor tap manufacturers. The local design and manufacturing capability gives Autoflo a distinct advantage over competitors that import and supply off-the-shelf products.

Water Control at its Best

As a local manufacturer, Autoflo works with architects and interior designers to develop the best product for the application, which may include customised features in operation with a range of finishes to complement the design palette. In addition to their branded Autoflo / AutoAqua range of products, they have designed and manufactured an exclusive range of kitchen and bathroom tapware for the Reece Group.

AutoFlo understands that electronic tapware is not in the standard plumber’s manual, which is why they have a full-time customer service and technical resource available to offer input at the design or concept stage on projects and support during or after installation if required.
