Taking inspiration from its surrounding coastal environment, Flow Residences organic form resembles the ebb and flow of the Coolangatta ocean.
Designed by Cottee Parker in collaboration with S&S Projects, Flow Residence houses 22 bespoke dwellings. The residence boasts a panoramic ocean view of Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks. The geographical location of the residence is a cut above the rest of beachside apartment living.
A dynamic feature of the structure is the highly visual façade. Crafted from HVG Facades using its innovative ZINTL® product, a linear aesthetic was achieved. To create the façade, the team opted for ZINTL® Shadow 200 board. The product allowed for a tighter radius and a fabricator that could roll the subframe to accommodate the radius of the wall. The results achieve a tight, uniform linear finish that accentuated the height of the structure in a minimal and luxurious fashion.
To accommodate to the effects of living near the seaside, ZINTL® Shadow is engineered to be corrosion-resistant and does not oxidise overtime, providing ample durability and longevity for the exterior.
