MM Kembla extends its KemPress Press-Fit System with KemPress Ball Valves

MM Kembla, Australia’s only copper tube manufacturer that operates out of Port Kembla, NSW, has extended its renowned KemPress Press-Fit System with the KemPress Ball Valves.

As the system plumbing professionals know and trust in Australia, KemPress Ball Valves are manufactured with the same features as the company’s copper KemPress fittings to create simplicity and peace of mind when using the system.

Suitable for use with hot and cold potable water applications, chilled water and oil-free compressed air applications, KemPress Ball Valves are a high-quality, flame-free, lead-free and easy-to-use flow control solution.

KemPress Ball Valves reduce the risk of potential leaks due to less threaded connection points present in the system. No matter the job or scope of work required, the KemPress Ball Valves are available in a wide range of sizes starting at 0.5”, extending to 1” and are also available in both male and female ends to provide even more convenience to you.

The solution comes with two press ends, a one-piece valve with fewer threads and press ends, a universal profile for fitting up to size DN25 and a five-year warranty.

As a press fitting, it is a complete flame-free connection, meaning no hot works permits are required on-site during installation. The universal fitting profile means that KemPress Ball Valves are approved to work with all major press-fit tools in Australia and fittings are designed to work with all copper tubes compliant with AS 1432.

KemPress Ball Valves are Watermark certified (Watermark Certification no. WMK 26653) and conform to AS 5830.1.
