Architected by the renowned Norman Foster, The Star emerges as a dynamic, spiralling tower set to redefine the cityscape. Offering expansive floor plates, generous outdoor spaces, and sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the city, the Hollywood Sign, and the Pacific coast, this architectural marvel promises an immersive experience for its occupants.

Central to The Star’s allure are its verdant, spiralling gardens that ascend from street level to the rooftop restaurant, creating a living tapestry amidst urbanity. Maggie Miracle, CEO of The Star LLC, and Norman Foster both underscore the project’s vision of cultivating a vibrant creative community in Hollywood. The design ethos of ‘The Star’ seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor workspaces, fostering collaboration while nurturing spaces for introspection and ingenuity.

Nigel Dancey, leading the design team at Foster + Partners, emphasizes that beyond offering breathtaking vistas, ‘The Star’ embodies Hollywood’s essence. Prioritizing natural light and ventilation, the tower champions a healthy and productive work environment. Patrick Campbell, Senior Partner at Foster + Partners, elaborates on the sustainability ethos, highlighting the cascading gardens and natural elements that enhance productivity and well-being.

Beyond its core office spaces, The Star extends an invitation to the public, integrating with the vibrant Hollywood scene. Street-level amenities include a captivating LED screen, inviting eateries, communal areas, a theatre, and an art gallery. This commitment to public engagement positions The Star not just as a workspace but as a dynamic destination for the broader Hollywood community.

With its innovative design, sustainable features, and integration with the cultural fabric of Hollywood, The Star stands as a testament to Foster + Partners’ commitment to shaping transformative spaces that inspire creativity, collaboration, and community engagement
