OXO Living launches OXO The Residences

Balinese property developer OXO Living is set to make a significant mark in the Australian market with the launch of its latest luxury project, OXO The Residences, on June 8th, 2024.

This boutique collection of 40 neo-luxury villas is nestled in the serene locale of Nyanyi, Bali, just north of the bustling Canggu, offering Australians a slice of paradise.

Designed by renowned Bali-based, German architect Alexis Dornier, OXO The Residences span a total area of 19,045 square meters. The architectural concept draws inspiration from Bali’s iconic terraced rice fields, with each villa meticulously crafted in a cascading form to harmonise with the natural landscape. The villas incorporate simplicity and iconic design elements, using lava stone and just five materials reminiscent of Balinese temples.

With prices starting from AUD 750,000, OXO The Residences exemplify luxury living, integrating local materials and reflecting the rich architectural heritage of Bali. The allure of Bali continues to captivate Australians, with a record 1.2 million Australian visitors to the island in 2023, highlighting the growing appeal of such exclusive properties.

The villas offer a range of configurations, including three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom options, spread across two levels. Each villa boasts a private swimming pool, inviting residents to embrace the tranquillity of Nyanyi. Sizes range from 184 to 280 square meters, complemented by a clubhouse, landscaped gardens, BBQ area, and a playground, all blending seamlessly with the tropical surroundings.

OXO Living’s Founder and CEO, Johannes Weissenbaeck, emphasized the project’s significance for the market: “This project will set a new standard of design and construction in Bali. It is designed specifically for Australian buyers seeking luxury living on the island. Reflecting on my decade-long residency in Australia, I understand their discerning taste for top-tier craftsmanship. We are committed to delivering unique design and expertise, ensuring that OXO The Residences are a jewel of modern living in Bali.”

The villas’ location near the Nuanu Creative City further enhances their appeal. Nuanu, a forward-thinking ‘city of the future’, spans 44 hectares and offers a range of cultural, educational, hospitality, and entertainment facilities, including the Luna Beach Club, which opened in April. Nuanu is designed to provide areas of recreation for global multicultural communities, with a focus on education, wellness, and nature-inspired living.

Architect Alexis Dornier explained the design’s connection with Balinese culture: “We’ve meticulously designed OXO The Residences to offer a sanctuary of serenity and luxury. From the open, transparent spaces to the incorporation of native flora in the landscape, every aspect has been curated to foster a profound sense of connection with Bali and the epitome of nature-inspired living.”

OXO The Residences are now available for purchase, offering Australians an unparalleled opportunity to own a piece of Bali’s paradise. With construction planned for completion by Q2 2026, the project promises to redefine luxury living on the island.
