Porcelain Cladding shines bright in new Melbourne project

Vogue on Carpenter is Frontek’s latest residential project in Australia. Located just a 10-minute’ walk from the iconic Brighton beach in Melbourne, this new development by Gunther Constructions ticks all the boxes for the high-end and modern lifestyle that the area is known for.

Frontek has assisted with the external cladding of these five luxury apartments by supplying the Mercurio model, featuring its glossy polished surface that perfectly matches the top-notch finishes of the project.

Frontek has developed an exclusive piece of extruded ceramics that has excellent technical qualities for the cladding of facades: extremely hard, light, highly resistant and long-lasting, with low water absorption and excellent performance against weather and environmental conditions.

Designed by Oztal Architects, this boutique development in Turner is located just 10 minutes away from Parliament House, comprising 8 units in two blocks and a massive communal space in the middle. Inspired by Florence’s rich history, the distinctive facade is a result of a mixture of organic & durable materials such as copper & porcelain cladding – a clean look that won’t need any maintenance to stay white all year-round.

Frontek belongs to Spain based “Greco Gres Internacional”. This conglomerate of companies has a longstanding ceramic tradition, whose origins date back to 1940. The experience gained over decades in the manufacturing of high tech ceramic products, has positioned their companies nationally and internationally as a benchmark of quality in the manufacturing of clinker, brick and paver, extruded porcelain tiles and ventilated facade systems composed of unique extruded pieces.

Frontek Australia Pty Ltd has been established to cater for the Australian demand for innovative and sophisticated building solutions.
